Kelly Turnure

Director

Kelly is a Director at Blockchain Capital. Through her wide-ranging experiences in the field of finance, Kelly has honed a multi-lens approach to issues that allows her to adapt to paradigm shifts in the industry.

Before joining Blockchain Capital, Kelly built a solid foundation in traditional financial services at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. While working with small teams managing in excess of $4 billion, she compiled extensive investment research, as well as trading and financial analyses, to tailor innovative solutions to the complex needs of high-net-worth individuals.

Kelly has applied this basis in financial research to pressing social concerns. While at RPX Corporation, an IP Consulting firm, Kelly contributed to the development of new financial and insurance products for technology companies facing non-practicing entity (patent troll) risk. Prior to RPX, she spent time in East Africa while establishing an economically sustainable microfinance program to reintegrate survivors of obstetric fistula through a scalable livestock program. It is these non-traditional applications in the field of finance that complement her analytic skills, giving Kelly a unique method to addressing the problems and concerns of the growing cryptocurrency market.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in both Financial Service and Corporate Finance from San Francisco State University and has passed Level I of the CFA Program.
